Not every wedding calls for a ballroom. Sometimes, all you need is a beautiful room, great food, plenty of wine and your favourite people gathered around the same table.

MOXIE offers a different kind of wedding venue. Our beach-house inspired space on College Road brings together sun-kissed Mediterranean style, natural tones and an easy, relaxed atmosphere made for weddings that feel more like a celebration than an occasion you have to stand on ceremony for.

By day, natural light spills across rattan, wood and textured stone; by evening, the restaurant takes on a warmer, more intimate glow. From a long lunch with your closest twelve to a full restaurant takeover, MOXIE offers a stunning setting designed around great food, amazing company and bringing everyone together.

However you choose to celebrate, the idea is simple: settle in, share generously and stay awhile.

The Spaces

MOXIE spans 2,000 sq ft, with three distinct spaces set within our relaxed, beach-house inspired space. Each can be booked individually or together, giving you the freedom to shape your celebration around your guest list.

The Communal

Seated: up to 40 guests · Standing: up to 50 guests

Our main dining room and the heart of MOXIE. Long tables sit beneath signature rattan pendant lights, creating a setting that feels relaxed, warm and just dressed-up enough for the occasion.

Make it a long wedding lunch, a seated dinner or loosen things up with drinks and canapés.

The Cabana

Seated: up to 24 guests · Standing: up to 38 guests

A private space for celebrations that sit somewhere between intimate and lively. The Cabana can be arranged around one long communal table or configured into smaller tables of four to six. It works beautifully for a smaller wedding lunch or dinner with different friendship circles, seated together.

The Hideaway

Seated: up to 12 guests

Our smallest and most intimate private room. The Hideaway is made for celebrations that don’t need a crowd: an intimate wedding lunch with immediate family, dinner with your closest friends or a post-wedding brunch, the morning after.

A Full MOXIE Buy-Out

Seated: up to 80 guests · Standing: up to 100 guests

Want the whole place to yourselves? Take over MOXIE for the day or evening and make the restaurant entirely your own. A full buy-out accommodates up to 80 guests for a seated celebration or 100 for a standing reception, giving you the freedom to move between spaces, mingle and make room for dancing later.

A floor plan and virtual tour of all three spaces are available on request, so you can get a feel for the layout and start planning how you’d like to make the space your own.

Food & Drink

Food is a big part of any celebration at MOXIE. Our menus take their cue from the Mediterranean: produce-driven, generous and made for sharing. Depending on the kind of wedding you’re planning, you can keep things free and easy with canapés and cocktails, sit down to a multi-course menu or fill a long table with dishes to pass around.

Canapés: Choose from four or six sweet and savoury bites, ideal for a cocktail-style reception or a more relaxed afternoon tea celebration.
Set menus: Four- and five-course menus, including a premium option, take guests through starters and appetisers from Burrata with roasted beets, charred grapes and pistachio dukkah to Lobster Crab Cakes with crème fraiche followed by mains such as seared Salmon with black garlic puttanesca, saffron Roasted Chicken and macadamia crusted Black Cod with mussel beurre blanc.
Sharing Menu: For us, this is what long tables were made for. Dishes such as Seared Scallops with Orzo and Lemon Herb Butter, Crab Risotto, Artichoke Conchiglie Ala Vodka and a 300g berbere spiced Wagyu Oyster Blade arrive at the centre of the table for everyone to share.

Drinks can be as simple or celebratory as you like. Packages range from soft drinks and juices to free-flow house wines, spirits, cocktails, prosecco and beer, available for two hour with the option to extend.

Styling & Florals

One of the advantages of choosing a space with its own personality is that you don’t have to start from a blank canvas.

MOXIE’s beach-house inspired interiors already bring together warm woods, rattan, natural textures and soft Mediterranean tones, so the room needs very little to feel occasion-ready.

Our tables come dressed, with floral packages available for couples who want to add their own touch. These can be scaled from a single arrangement for an intimate celebration in The Hideaway to six sets for a full restaurant buy-out.

Three floral themes are available, from warm, neutral foliage and candle arrangements to fuller garden-style florals. An optional floral arch can also be added for a ceremony moment or photo backdrop.

Have something more specific in mind? Custom florals can be organized at an additional cost.

The Practical Details

Because once you’ve fallen for the space, there are always a few practical questions.

How far in advance do you need our numbers?

Your final seating plan and any pre-orders need to be confirmed at least 7 days before yourwedding.

Is the quoted amount a room rental fee?

No. MOXIE works on a minimum food and beverage spend, rather than charging a separate room rental fee. Your food and drinks on the day count towards that minimum spend.

Can we bring in our own vendors?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring in your preferred photographers, florists and styling vendors.

For full-venue bookings, MOXIE’s in-house sound system can also be used for a personalised playlist. If you’re booking one of our smaller rooms, you’re welcome to arrange portable audio.

Is MOXIE halal-certified?

No. MOXIE is not halal-certified, as our restaurant serves pork and alcohol.

We can, however, arrange a no-pork, no-lard menu for guests who require one. If halal certification is essential for your wedding, please keep this in mind when considering our venue.

What about children?

Little MOXIE guests are very welcome. For children aged 12 and under, we offer a two-course kids’ menu of pasta and ice cream, plus one drink.

Is there somewhere for the wedding party to get ready or wait?

Yes. A separate holding room can be arranged at an hourly rate, giving the wedding party somewhere private to get ready, wait before the celebration or simply have a quiet moment before joining everyone else.

Getting Here & Parking

You’ll find MOXIE at 2 College Road, Level 1, Singapore 169850, a short 6–7 minute walk from Outram Park MRT via Exit A and directly opposite bus stop 06011.

Guests arriving by car can enjoy complimentary onsite parking within the compound, accessed via the yellow pillars off College Road.

And with Tiong Bahru just around the corner, there's plenty nearby for guests who want to make a little more of the day before or after the celebration.
