Begin with Smoked Salmon Mousse filled with citrus ricotta and crowned with pearls of caviar. Follow with sumptuous Foie Gras Parfait paired with grape chocolate chutney, blackberries, and pickled shimeiji mushrooms. For mains, choose between luxurious Lobster Thermidor with brown butter gnocchi in lobster sherry cream or Braised Beef Short Ribs with porcini creamed potatoes, golden fried oyster mushrooms, and sautéed kale. Sweeten the evening with a Raspberry White Chocolate Dome, layered with light vanilla sponge and a vibrant berries compote.
