Say ‘Hello’ to our all-new Weekend Brunch Menu. Start off with spice-crusted Buttermilk Fried Chicken Lollipops with chipotle smoked almond aioli. Or try the torched Spanish Cod Brandade, an indulgent spread of salt cod, potatoes, garlic confit, and Shio Kombu.
Our Crab Cavatelli is richly laced with a crustacean tomato bisque and jumbo lump crab meat. Indulge in MOXIE’s Guinness-marinated Wagyu Tri Tip, paired with caramelised red onions, espresso compound butter, and charred jalapeño gremolata. Potato? Get the Potato Rösti with sundried tomato pesto, dill ricotta, and fried eggs. Our Shrimp and Grits is where chilli-marinated grilled tiger prawns meets creamy saffron Cotija cheese polenta.
