Start with the Octopus & Tomato Salad, bright with citrus-herb marinade, tomato medley and romaine lettuce. Or, if you are after something bolder, try the Grilled Romaine Heart with blue cheese anchovy dressing, cashews and crisp croutons.

For mains, dive into the creamy Conchiglie alla Vodka with roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled pepperoncino and whipped herb ricotta. Or go for the Slow Braised Beef Cheek, paired with saffron potato puree, harissa pesto and baby carrots.

Finish with something sweet. Choose the Dark Chocolate Mousse with hazelnut gelato and berry compote, or the Black Velvet Cake with espresso mascarpone and strawberries.
