Escape to MOXIE's sun-kissed sanctuary this Valentine's Day. Share a four-course Mediterranean feast in our modern beach house setting, where coastal flavours delight and pleasure the palate.
Begin with Smoked Salmon Mousse Cannoli filled with dill ricotta and crowned with pearls of caviar. Follow with sumptuous Foie Gras Terrine paired with caramelised figs and blackberries. For mains, choose between luxurious Lobster Thermidor with brown butter gnocchi or Braised Beef Short Ribs with porcini creamed potatoes, golden fried oyster mushrooms, spiced kale gratin and sauce au poivre. Sweeten the evening with a Raspberry White Chocolate Dome, layered with light vanilla sponge and a vibrant berries compote.
